Plof Air started from a simple frustration. Everyone knows that flight prices go up and down — but catching the moment when they actually drop requires either constant checking or a lot of luck. Neither is a good use of time.

So we built a system that does it automatically. Every day, we collect prices across hundreds of flight and date combinations. We store them, compare them against historical data, and flag when something genuinely unusual happens — a price that's not just cheap, but significantly cheaper than it normally is.

The other piece is the place to stay. A cheap flight to somewhere where stays are expensive doesn't save you much. We track both sides of the equation — and only surface combinations where the total package makes sense.

What we don't do

We don't inflate prices and call them discounts. We don't send weekly newsletters full of mediocre deals to justify our existence in your inbox. We don't show stays with 10 reviews and a 6/10 rating because someone paid us to.

We only show stays rated 8.0 or above with at least 50 real reviews. We only alert when the data says it's actually good. One email per genuine opportunity — not a digest, not a nudge, not content marketing.

How we make money

When you book through our links, we earn an affiliate commission from the airline or accommodation platform. It doesn't change the price you pay — the commission comes from the platform's margin. We have no incentive to show you a worse deal; our commissions only come from bookings people are happy with.

Where we're going

Right now we cover routes from London Stansted and Luton. We're adding more departure cities and destinations as we build out the infrastructure to track them properly. More routes will appear on the homepage automatically as we add them.

The longer-term goal is pricing error detection — using the historical data we're accumulating to flag moments when a price falls so far below its normal range that it looks like a genuine mistake. Those are the moments that are actually worth dropping everything to book.
